How does the updated Lee Sin spell (Dragon's Rage) targeting work, and when are the windows for reactions?

Ruling: When you play Dragon's Rage, you target an enemy unit and a location as it goes on the chain, then reactions can be played. When it resolves, it moves the unit and puts a reflexive trigger on the chain where you target a different unit at the same location, reactions can be played again, then damage is dealt when the trigger resolves.

Sequence:

• Play Dragon's Rage spell, targeting an enemy unit and a location as it goes on the chain
• Reaction window opens
• Dragon's Rage resolves and moves the targeted unit
• Reflexive trigger goes on the chain, target a different unit at the same location
• Reaction window opens again
• Trigger resolves and damage is dealt
