If you have the gear which gives 1 might when you attack or defend alone, and you have a sprite at base and a unit which creates a sprite in the location it moves from. Let's say you have that unit defending. Reveal a tide turner to move it to base and move the sprite to the battlefield. But that also means a new sprite is added when it is moved — does one sprite get the solo attack buff before the second sprite is generated by the move?

Answer

Yes — if the Sprite is the only unit at the battlefield when it arrives, it gets the Mask of Foresight +1 before Lillia's move-trigger Sprite is ever created.

The "alone" condition is checked the moment the Sprite gains its Defender designation (in the Cleanup after the swap resolves, per the "units arriving later gain designation" rule). At that point Lillia has already left and her "when I move" trigger is only pending on the Chain — the second Sprite isn't on the board yet. So the Sprite is alone, Mask triggers, and that trigger is locked in; the second Sprite appearing when Lillia's trigger resolves later does not remove the buff (FAQ 11212/10888, 10067).

Two caveats:

If Lillia is still present when the Sprite arrives, the Sprite is not "alone" and Mask does not trigger at all (FAQ 6385). Shouldn't be a problem if it's a single movement "swap", but if it's two separate movements take it into consideration.

Tideturner's ability swaps itself with one friendly unit at another location — for that to happen it'd need to be revealed from hidden on another battlefield, move Lillia there and itself to the active combat, gaining the bonus. For the swap you mention to happen, something like Smoke and Mirrors would be necessary.

Enemy unit(s) don't affect the 'alone' designation because it only checks for other units *friendly* to it.
