No. Burning Nocturne does not play him.

Burning is just moving cards from the top of your Main Deck to your trash (Rule 440.1). Nocturne's ability only triggers "as you look at or reveal me from the top of your deck" — burning does neither, so he simply goes to your trash. This works the same as drawing or discarding him: those also don't trigger him (FAQ #11574). If a card is later recovered from trash, he'd play by normal rules, not by his ability.
