Yes, the gear's +2 is already included in the swap — you don't get it twice.

Switcheroo looks at each unit's current Might (base + gear bonus) at resolution, then applies a fixed +X/−X modifier so the two totals are swapped. The gear stays attached and keeps giving its +2, but that bonus is already baked into the modifier, so it doesn't stack on top (FAQ #664; Rule 433.1). If the gear is removed after the swap, the Switcheroo modifier stays fixed and the unit drops accordingly.
