Short version: Order has no discard+draw cards at all, and in Mind the only one is Hwei, Brooding Painter (Mind champion unit) — "When I move, draw 1, then discard 1," then a bonus based on the discarded card's type (Spell = draw 1 more, Gear = ready 2 runes, Unit = +3 Shield).

Closest Order alternatives that filter your hand (no discard involved):

• Altar of Memories (Order gear) — when a friendly unit dies, draw 1, then put a card from hand on top or bottom of your deck.
• Deathgrip / Salvage / Rally the Troops / Hidden Blade (Order spells) — each just draws 1 (Hidden Blade's victim's controller draws 2).

Also note the dual-domain Deceiver (Mind/Order Legend) discards 1, but only as a cost to make a Reflection token — it never draws you cards.
