Answer

Yes — Brynhir's effect only stops opponents from playing cards, and tokens are not cards (Rule 185).

Lillia's "When I move from a location, play a 3 Might Sprite token with Temporary there" plays a token, which is an ability effect, not a card being played from hand or hidden. So even after Brynhir Thundersong's "When you play me" trigger has resolved, the Sprite token is still played normally (FAQ #11297 / #10133).
