If I play Vi to a battlefield and stun Irelia, can she ride the wind and be not stunned?

Answer

As Ride the Wind is action speed, it cannot be played in reaction to move Irelia away before the Vi trigger can resolve.

If played after the resolution of the Vi trigger, Ride the Wind moves and readies Irelia, but readied ≠ unstunned. Stunned is a binary status that only clears at end-of-turn cleanup (Rule 423.1.a.2), so Irelia stays stunned even after the move — she won't contribute her Might to combat damage (Rule 423.1.b). (Irelia, Fervent would still get her +1 Might trigger from being readied, but that doesn't remove Stunned.)
