I have a Kaisa, Survivor equipped with Pendulum Blade. I move her to BF1 and now she is 7 might and conquer. Now I play Confront and Veteran Poro. So Poro is ready and I can attach Pendulum Blade to him. Did Kaisa keep 6 might or go down to 4?
She goes to 6. Gear Might bonuses only apply while the gear is attached, so the moment Veteran Poro's Weaponmaster reattaches Pendulum Blade, Kai'Sa immediately loses the blade's bonus and returns to her printed Might of 4 + 2 from the resolved trigger of Pendulum Blade (Rules 718.4, 137.3.a).
Sidenote: the difference with the +2 from Brutalizer is that Pendulum Blade's effect is a triggered ability, and once it resolves it applies for the duration regardless of the fate of its source. Brutalizer's effect is a passive ability that only applies while the equipment is attached to the unit (during the turn it was equipped).
