Yes — provided the card was hidden on a previous turn.

A "when I move" trigger is a triggered ability that goes on the Chain and creates a Closed State, and you can play any Reaction during a Closed State (Rule 383.3, FAQ #7771). Hidden cards gain Reaction while facedown, so they're playable at that window (Rule 811.6).

Two limits: you can't play the hidden card on the same turn you hid it (FAQ #8114), and a hidden card played in response is still restricted to targeting the battlefield where it was hidden (Rule 811.1.d).
