If i conquer and opponent burn out

Yes — an opponent burning out can hand you the winning point.

If you're at 7 and Conquer without having scored every battlefield that turn, you don't gain the point — you draw a card instead (Rule 471.1.b.1). But a point gained from your opponent Burning Out isn't from Conquer or Hold, so the final-point restriction doesn't apply to it (Rule 471.1.a.1). That Burn Out point can be the 8th point that wins you the game (FAQ #1303, #5317).

One timing note: the win is confirmed at the next Cleanup (Rule 323.1), unless Burn Outs are processing in sequence, in which case the win happens immediately (Rule 431.3.c).
