Yes. The unit you play from Baited Hook can go to any battlefield you control — the one where the unit was killed or any other (FAQ #8752).

You keep control of the battlefield where the kill happened for the whole resolution because the game is in a Closed State on the chain, so it stays a legal destination; and like any unit play, other battlefields you control are valid locations too. Just remember the destination must be a battlefield you control — you can't play it to a contested or enemy-controlled battlefield.
