I hold BF2, Then i play Draven Audacius in BF2. Then i play Bone Skewer in BF2 and my opponent plays a card there starting a combat showdown. I won the combat, did i score in bf2 even holding?

No — you don't score BF2 again via Conquer, but you still gain 1 point from Draven, Audacious.

You already scored BF2 this turn by holding it in your Beginning Phase, and a player may only score each battlefield once per turn (Rule 470; FAQ #5870). So when you win the combat and establish control, there's no Conquer — you already hold the battlefield and already scored it (Rule 466.5.d).

However, Draven's ability — "The first time I win a combat each turn, you score 1 point" — still triggers. That's a point from a card effect (Rule 194.1.c), not a Conquer or Hold, so the once-per-battlefield limit doesn't apply. You're the defender here (the opponent's Bone Skewer-forced unit applied Contested and made them the Attacker), but winning as defender still counts as winning a combat, so Draven pays out.
