No. Assault only applies while the clone has the Attacker designation, and by the time you Conquer, that designation is gone — so the clone is 2 Might at the conquer moment, not Mighty.
Here's the timing: the clone (0 Might + equipment +2 = 2) attacks into an occupied Sunken Temple, its attack trigger resolves and grants Assault 4 — so during the combat it's 6 Might. But Combat Cleanup removes the Attacker/Defender designations before the Conquer step (Rule 461), and Assault is active only "while I am an attacker" (Rule 807). Since the conquer check happens after cleanup, the clone is back to 2 Might, fails the Mighty (5+) condition that Sunken Temple checks at the exact moment of conquer, and its trigger doesn't fire.
The granted "Assault 4 this turn" doesn't save it — "this turn" means the keyword stays around for another combat later, but it still only functions while the clone is an attacker. This matches the same rule that stops Lucian/Sett from making Sunken Temple trigger on conquer.
