No — the Sprite token is never created.

Lillia's trigger does fire when she moves (a swap is still a move), but the token would be played at Rockfall Path — the location she left — and Rockfall Path says "Units can't be played here." Per FAQ #10713/#6500, when a spell or ability tries to play a unit (including a token) to Rockfall Path, that instruction is simply not executed; the ability resolves and the token is never created (Rule 359.3.e.6).

Worth noting: since no Sprite appears, if the Temporary unit swapped in later ceases to exist and nothing else is there, you'll lose control of Rockfall Path — and any hidden card there gets trashed.

Removed the "Worth-noting" , is confusing.
