Answer

Yes, if Shuriken Flip is your first card played. If Astral Heron is at the Battlefield when the card is done resolving, Astral Heron's trigger will activate. So if you Shuriken Flip to move Astral Heron to a Battlefield, Astral Heron will trigger. If you were to move Astral Heron out (e.g. with Flash), it will not.

Yes, if Shuriken Flip is your first card played. If Astral Heron is at the Battlefield when the card is done resolving, Astral Heron's trigger will activate. So if you Shuriken Flip to move Astral Heron to a Battlefield, Astral Heron will trigger. If you were to move Astral Heron out (e.g. with Flash), it will not.
