Does aurok general a global status

I can't find a card named Aurok General in the Riftbound card database — no exact match, no fuzzy match, and no card with "Aurok" or "General" in the name, ability, or tags. I also checked for similar names ("Auro," "Aur," "Aure," etc.) and searched the FAQ with no results.

That said, to answer the underlying question about global statuses generally:
