No. Rumble, Scrapper's +1 Might is already baked into the numbers Switcheroo swaps — it doesn't re-apply on top after the swap.
Switcheroo swaps the units' current Might, which includes Rumble's global +1 (FAQ #9201). So a 3-Might Mech sitting at 4 thanks to Rumble and a 6-Might enemy would swap into 6 and 4 respectively — no extra +1 (or +2) gets added afterwards. Rumble's passive keeps applying as it always did; it was simply part of the calculation that produced the swap, like a buff or gear.
The only way Rumble's bonus would change post-swap is if the source changes (e.g., Rumble leaves the board, or enters after the swap resolves) — then the layers re-evaluate (Rule 477.3). But a swap while Rumble is live won't give the Mechs any bonus beyond what was counted.
