Yes. Under the current rules (v1.4), Soraka can save other units at her location that die simultaneously with her.

Rule 370.4 explicitly states that a game object can apply its replacement effects to qualifying events that occur simultaneously with it leaving the board — with Soraka, Wanderer as the named example. Earlier community/FAQ answers said "no" based on ambiguity in older rules, but that gap was closed by the replacement-effects clarification (Core Rules 2026-07-16). The main limit: Soraka's save can only apply to units at her location ("here"), and her effect can only be applied in one sequence per batch of simultaneous events (Rule 373.2).
