Switcheroo swaps their current Might (War Camp's +1 included), and War Camp's buff keeps applying on top afterward — both are Arithmetic-layer effects that coexist.

Example: 4-Might unit and 3-Might unit both at War Camp (now 5 and 4). Switcheroo resolves with a difference of 1: the 5 gets −1, the 4 gets +1. Final: 4 + 1 (camp) − 1 = 4, and 3 + 1 (camp) + 1 = 5. Nothing is "locked" — if a unit later leaves the camp, it just loses the +1 on top of the swap modifier (Rule 433.1; layers loop until stable, CR 476). FAQ #11637 confirms this is the intended handling.
