Can I tap heimerdinger inventor when I hold for a gold token if I am running Renata glasc chem-baroness?

No. Chem-Baroness's Gold-token ability is a triggered ability — "When you or an ally hold, you may exhaust me to play a Gold gear token exhausted" — not an activated exhaust ability, so Heimerdinger, Inventor does not inherit it.

Heimerdinger only copies abilities where exhaust is the activation cost of a colon-activated ability ([T]: effect). Exhausting as part of a triggered effect doesn't qualify, so when you Hold you can only get the Gold token by exhausting Chem-Baroness herself (assuming she's ready) — tapping Heimerdinger does nothing here (FAQ 1903).
