Answer

Yes — two Recruit tokens are played, and both land at that battlefield.

Each attached Eye of the Herald appends its own copy of "When I move, play a 1 [M] Recruit token here" to the unit's rules text (Rule 718.3 / 434.1.c), and there's no limit on how many Equipment can attach to one unit (Rule 818.3.b). Each granted instance triggers separately on the move, just like two identical units each fire their own hold/attack triggers (cf. FAQ #10562). Both triggers are mandatory, each resolves independently, and each plays a 1-Might Recruit at the unit's location ("here") at resolution — so both end up at the battlefield it moved to, assuming the unit is still there. If something bounces or moves the unit between triggers, the tokens spawn wherever it is when each trigger resolves.
