Yes. Draven's "first time I win a combat" trigger isn't Scoring a Battlefield — it's a point gain from a triggered ability, so Rule 470's once-per-Battlefield-per-turn limit (which only covers Conquer/Hold) doesn't restrict it. Your two Holds don't consume or block that point, and since it's not a Conquer point, the Final Point restrictions don't apply either (Rule 471.1.a.1) — so Draven's point can even be the winning 8th after you've already Held both locations.
