If you play reflection counted as playing card?

Depends what you mean — but in short: playing a Reflection token counts as playing a unit, not as playing a card, and it never counts as playing the unit it copies.

• "When you play a unit" effects? Yes, they trigger. Reflection is a token unit, and tokens are played following normal rules for playing a unit (Rules 182.1.a, 350.2). So things like Legion fire when you play a Reflection.
• "When you play a card/spell" effects? No. A Reflection is a token, not a card, so it is never "a card played."
• The copied unit's own "when you play me" effect? No. The Reflection enters as a 0 Might token and becomes a copy after it resolves, so the copy condition was never met — its own text says "I don't get that card's play effects" (FAQ #11575).

The flip side: an effect that counts a played Reflection also counts it as a unit played for the rest of the turn — that part is permanent and independent of what it copies.
