In the Combat Damage Step each side assigns damage equal to its summed Might (Rule 465.2). To kill all three defenders the Heron/Sprite Queen side needs 4 + 2 + 9 = 15 damage but only has 13, so at least one defender is left alive no matter how they assign (best case they kill two, e.g., Nidalee and Noxian Emissary, leaving Kayle at 9 to heal in Combat Cleanup). Meanwhile the 15-Might side needs only 7 + 6 = 13 to kill both Heron and Sprite Queen, which it has in full. Both attackers die, and with no attacker units remaining and at least one defender surviving, the Nidalee/Noxian Emissary/Kayle side wins the combat and the Heron player conquers nothing.
