The opponent had passed turn to me and I have a sprite at my base and a lillia fae fawn and a hidden smoke and mirrors on dusk rose lab, can I react to the temporary trigger with smoke and mirrors to the sprite on my base and after the swap, use the battlefield to kill one of the sprites from the swap and lillia move trigger to draw a card and still get a hold point?

No — you can do the swap, but you can't also use Dusk Rose Lab's kill in that line.

Dusk Rose Lab's kill is a cost paid during finalization of its trigger, and finalization of the Beginning-Step triggers happens at the start of your Beginning Phase before anyone gets priority to play a Reaction (FAQ #10373). At that moment Lillia is the only unit you control at the Lab — the Sprite is at your Base — so using the Lab means killing Lillia, which happens before she can move, so no swap, no free Sprite, and the Lab ends up empty and uncontrolled (no hold point either).

What does work: decline the Lab ability, then respond to the Temporary trigger with the hidden Smoke and Mirrors. Hidden grants it Reaction, and the "another unit at a different location" clause satisfies the hidden targeting exception (Rule 811.1.d.2.a), so you can pick the Base Sprite and Lillia at the Lab. Resolve: Lillia → Base, Sprite → Lab, Lillia's move trigger plays a fresh Sprite at the Lab, and you draw 1; then the Temporary trigger resolves and kills the old Sprite. At the Scoring Step you still control the Lab with a unit there, so you hold it and score the point.
