If I have two Astral Heron triggers on the chain, can I play a reaction speed spell to get the discount off the first Heron then get another card discounted before it resolves?
No, you need to specifically let one heron trigger resolve in order to play a card with it's cost reduced and the other one after the second heron trigger resolves. You cannot reduce the cost of more than one card with a heron trigger.
If neither trigger has resolved you don't have a discount available as well. It's specifically and only either 2 cards if you play a card after first Heron trigger resolved and before the second one does, then play another card after the second one resolves, or get one card with a cost reduced of 4 energy and 4 power
