can leblanc reflections move to other battleifelds

It depends on what it copies. A Reflection token is a normal unit, so its Standard Move follows normal rules — Base↔Battlefield only. Battlefield→Battlefield movement requires Ganking (Rule 144.4.c). Since Deceiver makes the token a copy of another unit there, it copies that unit's copyable traits including rules text, so if it copies a unit with Ganking, the Reflection can Standard Move to another battlefield (Rule 477.1.b).

Being a token doesn't restrict it — tokens follow all rules for their type (FAQ #9938). Remember it also has Temporary, granted by Deceiver's own text, so it dies at the start of your next Beginning Phase before scoring (Rule 816.1.b), which limits how many turns you have to make that move.
