What notes are players allowed to consult during and between games in competitive Riftbound matches?

Ruling: During games, players may only consult notes taken on a blank sheet that they started the match with (notes from the current match). Between games, players may consult any notes from anywhere, including previous matches and outside the tournament.

Sequence:

• Start each match with a blank sheet of paper
• During games within that match, only consult notes written on that sheet during the current match
• Between games (but within the same match), you may consult any notes from any source
• Continue using the same sheet for note-taking throughout all games in that match
