Does Janna's ability still trigger if I react with Gust?
Yes — the trigger still happens; Gust doesn't stop it. Once Janna's "When you play me" ability is on the chain, it resolves independently of her, so Gusting her doesn't counter it (FAQ #6419).
But it does nothing. Janna's ability references "here" — her location at resolution — and "here" isn't a target locked in when the trigger was made. If she's back in your hand, that referent returns null, so both the heal and the "move up to one enemy unit" instruction are just ignored (FAQ #6419, Rule 359.3.f.2).
One caveat: Gust only hits a unit at a battlefield, so this only comes up if she was played to a battlefield (e.g. into a showdown). If she was played to base, Gust can't target her at all — though her ability would still heal damaged units at base either way.
