if akali moves to a battlefield and the enemy use guts, an enemy unit stills gets dmg?

Yes — the damage still happens. Gust (I assume that's the card) can only bounce Akali herself, and Akali's "When I move" trigger doesn't need her to stay on the board: the battlefield she moved to/from is locked in when the trigger goes on the chain (Rule 359.3.f.3), and its target is already chosen at finalization, so removing Akali in response doesn't make it mistarget or fizzle (FAQ #11229, #12733).

Two details worth knowing: Gust only returns a unit with 3 Might or less, so it can't touch an Empowered Akali (4 Might). And since Gusting her away leaves no Attacker behind, no Combat Showdown opens — so there's no Combat Cleanup, and the damage stays marked.

The other reading — if the enemy Gusts their own unit in response — then no damage lands, because that unit moves to a non-board zone and the target relationship is severed.
