No — playing Consult the Past from Hidden spends 0 energy, and Virtuoso only banishes a spell if you actually spent [4] or more.

Virtuoso's condition checks real payment, not printed cost (FAQ #11727), and a spell played from Hidden ignores its base cost, so it costs you 0 energy — the 1 power you paid to hide it is power, not energy, and doesn't count (FAQ #10399). So when the spell is played from Hidden, Virtuoso's trigger condition isn't met and you can't banish it.

If you instead play Consult the Past normally from hand for its full 4 energy (allowed by Rule 811.3), you spent 4 and Virtuoso can banish it.
