Readied — Virtuoso just says "channel 4 runes," with no exhaustion stipulation, and by default runes are channeled readied.
Rule 430.2.a: "By default, runes are channeled readied." Channel only fails to happen at all if you're already at the 12-rune maximum; it's never a way to ready existing runes.
