When i play Satchel Charge on ziggs, explosive . Can i use the bomb play by stachel charge to trigger ziggs effect ?

If by "trigger Ziggs' effect" you mean Ziggs, Short-Fused's play effect, no — "When you play me, play a Bomb gear token..." only fires when Ziggs himself is played, so a Bomb made by Satchel Charge doesn't trigger it.

What does apply is Ziggs' static line, "Abilities of friendly gear deal 1 Bonus Damage." Satchel Charge's token is a Bomb gear token, so its death trigger ("When it dies, deal 2 to an enemy there...") is an ability of a friendly gear and gets +1 — it deals 3 instead of 2 (Rule 714/715; see FAQ #12821, which confirms Ziggs' bonus applies to Bomb triggers and sums with other Bonus Damage like Void Gate).
