Answer

Yes — Holding scores during the Scoring Step of your Beginning Phase (), which is at the start of your turn, so it happens well before Aurora's end-of-turn trigger ever goes on the chain.

Dazzling Aurora's trigger is checked "at the end of your turn," so it resolves in the Ending Phase, long after you've already Held. Order on a normal turn is: Awaken → Beginning (Beginning Step, then Scoring Step where you Hold and score) → Channel → Draw → Main (where you play Aurora) → End (Aurora triggers).

This is also why Aurora can finish a game at match point: if you Held one battlefield at the start of the turn and the unit Aurora plays at end of turn conquers a different battlefield, both scores happened in the same turn, satisfying the Final Point requirement (; FAQ 1317).
