I have a spirte (temporary) on a field that i just conquered. On next turn it will die on the begging phase, if i play a unit with Ambuhs, like example Vi, do i score an holding point if i play on the Awaking phase?

Answer

Yes — you'd still score the Hold point, but not by playing it in the Awaken Phase: nobody has priority then, so no unit can be played at all.

The Awaken Phase just readies your stuff and passes — priority is only granted in a Neutral Open State during your Main Phase, on Focus in a Showdown, or while a chain exists (Rules 335, 312.2). Your window is the Temporary trigger at the start of your Beginning Phase: that puts an item on the chain, the turn player (you, as that trigger's controller) gets priority, and Ambush gives the unit Reaction while being played to a battlefield where you control units (). The Ambush unit finalizes and enters first, then the Temporary trigger resolves and kills the sprite, so you never lose control and you Hold in the Scoring Step right after (Temporary kills "before scoring," ) — same logic as FAQ #9983.

If the sprite were your only unit and it died with no replacement there, you'd lose control and score nothing. Also worth noting neither current Vi actually has Ambush — Vi, Destructive has Ganking (a move, which still can't be used in the Beginning Phase), and Vi, Hotheaded has Deflect.
