As Orianna, if i animate a gear and then play a Neeko adding LeBlanc, Deceiver to my Legend Zone, can i make a copy of the gear unit, when i conquer a Battlefield can i make a copy of that gear unit with LeBlanc's Legend ability and if i can is that copy a unit aswell?

Radiance rules aren't published yet. This uses the printed card and current rules only, and it isn't a ruling on the new mechanics.

Partly — Deceiver can target Orianna's animated gear as "another unit there" (a unit gear is a Unit, so it's a legal copy target), but the copy the Reflexion token becomes is not a unit.

Copy effects only copy "copyable traits" — a game object's printed traits — and traits appended/granted by other layer effects are invisible to them (Rules 446, 479.1.b.1, 479.1.c). Orianna's "it becomes a unit gear" is a granted type/Might change, not a printed trait, so it isn't seen by the copy. The token copies the printed Gear card instead: Type Gear, no Might, no Unit. Since it's also an unattached non-Unit Gear sitting at a battlefield, it gets recalled to your Base in the next Cleanup (Rule 459.1) — and it has Temporary from Deceiver's own text, so it dies at the next Beginning Phase regardless (Rule 816).

So the practical result is a Gear token with the copied card's Rules/Effect Text, not a second animated unit. Neeko's part is fine — the Legend stays in your Legend Zone only while Neeko, Blending In is on the board, so the trigger has to happen during that window. This is my interpretation based on the copy-effect and layer rules (same logic as the Temporal Breach/Orianna case). No official FAQ exists for this specific interaction.
