Yes — the point is scored first; the Bomb's trigger goes on the chain afterward, so you can never kill the Bomb in time to stop the hold point.

Holding scores automatically with no priority window (FAQ #10523), and hold-based triggered abilities are only put on the chain as pending items after that point is gained (Rule 383.4.d.2.b). So the sequence is: opponent banks the hold point → Bomb's Deploy ("when an opponent holds here, kill this") goes on the chain and resolves → Bomb dies → its death trigger deals 2 to an enemy unit there. Note the Bomb only fires for the opponent of the Bomb's controller holding there, and that kill can't take the point back or let them re-score the same battlefield that turn (Rule 472).
