No — your opponent's Deploy gear keeps working only for them. You gaining control of a battlefield doesn't change who controls the gear sitting on it, and "you" in a permanent's ability means that permanent's controller (Rule 191.5.a), so their "when you conquer here" fires only when they conquer that battlefield — not when you do.

The distinction people trip on is that the battlefield's own "when you conquer here" does trigger for you when you conquer it (you control the battlefield effect even though you don't own the card), but the opponent's gear is a separate object and its trigger stays theirs. You also can't activate its abilities — the controller of the source decides that (Rule 378).

What does happen is on your next Beginning Phase: if you hold that battlefield, Deploy's second clause kills their gear ("when an opponent holds here, kill this," Rule 830.1.b), which is why Deploy gear is a temporary buff while you sit there.
