can stunned units move

Answer

Yes — being Stunned doesn't stop a unit from moving, either via the Standard Move or via a spell/ability that relocates it.

Stunned is a narrow status: it only stops the unit from contributing its Might to combat damage (424.1.b) and from being Stunned again (424.1.a.1). It doesn't restrict movement or make the unit an illegal target for move effects. So a ready stunned unit can still be exhausted to Standard Move during your Main Phase in an Open State, and spells like Flash can pick it up and move it as usual (FAQ 10833).

The only way movement is blocked is if a card's own text says so, and the general destination limits (449.2) still apply.
