Answer

Ruling: Yes, the unit moves to the battlefield first via Stormbringer, then Kog'maw's Deathknell trigger resolves and deals damage to the moved unit.

Sequence:

  • Stormbringer resolves completely, moving the unit to Kog'maw's battlefield
  • Kog'maw dies and its Deathknell trigger goes into a pending state
  • After the initial chain completes, Kog'maw's trigger goes on the chain
  • The Deathknell damage resolves, affecting the unit that was moved there

Nuances:

  • Deathknell triggers go into a pending state when the unit dies and trigger after the initial chain that caused the death completes
  • Stormbringer is not broken up into separate effects like Falling Star
