When units are recalled to their owner's base after combat (e.g., when both are stunned or have Kain's ability), do they get recalled active or exhausted?

Ruling: Only the attacker gets recalled after combat (unless Symbol of Solari is in play), not both units. If the attacker was somehow still active when recalled (via RTW or similar effects), they would remain active because recall is not a move.

Nuances:

• Moves don't exhaust units; only the Standard Move exhausts units as that's the cost to perform it
