Are digital devices (mobiles/electronics) allowed at high OPL Riftbound events to track life totals if in airplane mode?

Ruling: Digital devices are not allowed at high OPL events. Players are supposed to use pen and paper to keep track of history and changes. Dice are also not allowed to track points.

Nuances:

• Some stores are allowing mobiles in airplane mode, but this violates the Tournament Rules
• There is currently no formal mechanism to report stores not enforcing the Tournament Rules
• Stores doing their own thing represents inconsistent enforcement across venues
