Ruling: No. In Game 1, your Chosen Champion must be predetermined and registered on your decklist. In Games 2/3, changing your Chosen Champion happens during sideboarding, before Legends are revealed.
Sequence:
- Game 1: Chosen Champion is fixed from decklist
- Games 2/3: Change Chosen Champion during sideboarding (if desired)
- Both players reveal Legends
- Both players reveal/place Chosen Champions in Champion Zone
Nuances:
- While Chosen Champions are physically placed in the Champion Zone after Legends are revealed, the choice of which Champion is made earlier (decklist for G1, sideboarding for G2/3)
- Your Game 1 Chosen Champion must be the same for each match in a tournament
