Can Icathian Rain wait until Zhonya resolution to trigger remaining shots, or must all targets be chosen before reactions?

Ruling: When Icathian Rain resolves, all 6 reflexive triggers are created and all targets must be chosen consecutively without players being able to react between target selections. Players can only react after all targets have been chosen.

Sequence:

• Icathian Rain is played and resolves
• All 6 reflexive triggers are created
• All 6 targets are picked consecutively (no reactions allowed during targeting)
• After all targets are chosen, players can react
• Reflexive triggers resolve one at a time in reverse order, with reaction windows between each resolution

Nuances:

• If all 6 shots target a unit with Zhonya, only 1 Discipline is needed to save it (not 2)
• Damage does not reduce might; a unit takes damage but retains its might value
