Can Draven Axes be used as a reaction from the battlefield or base, or only from hand?

Ruling: Draven Axes can only be played as a reaction from hand using Quick Draw. Once equipped, the gear loses its printed abilities (Effect Text) and cannot be re-equipped as a reaction.

Sequence:

• Quick Draw gives the gear Reaction speed to play from hand
• Quick Draw has an on-play trigger that attaches the gear
• Once attached, the gear loses its Effect Text abilities
• The Equip ability can only be used during your turn at open chain with no showdown

Nuances:

• Quick Draw is still present on unattached gear and can be used from hand
• Quick Draw does nothing if the gear is already played/attached
• Equip is a separate ability that works while the gear is not attached, but has default timing restrictions
