Answer

Ruling: Yes, when you have priority, you can play multiple cards to the chain before passing priority to your opponent.

Sequence:

  • After the active player plays a spell, they are given the same options: play a spell that is legally timed or pass priority
  • The active player can continue playing legally timed cards (such as reactions on top of their own spell or action) before passing priority
  • Only when a player passes priority does the opponent get a chance to respond
