What are Energy and Power in Riftbound, and how do they work?

Ruling: Energy is represented by numerical values and is color agnostic, while Power is represented by Domain symbols and is color specific. Both resources are generated primarily by Runes (Exhaust a Rune for Energy, Recycle a Rune for Power) or by other abilities and effects, and they go into a virtual pool that doesn't empty until the end of the turn and at the end of draw phase.

Sequence:

• Generate Energy by Exhausting a Rune or through other abilities/effects
• Generate Power by Recycling a Rune or through other abilities/effects (such as exhausting a Seal)
• Resources go into a virtual pool
• Use the pool to pay for costs of the appropriate type
• Pool empties at end of turn and at end of draw phase

Nuances:

• Some cards and effects can cost both Energy and Power
• Energy is color agnostic while Power is color specific
