Does Targon Battlefield start a chain at the end of turn that can be reacted to with Shen or other reactions?
Targon's Peak creates a delayed trigger for which choices are made at the end of turn (rule 355.5.b). A delayed trigger will activate (and become a chain item) at the instructed time. At that point a chain opens which can be reacted to. In the case of Targon's Peak, this timing is 'at the end of this turn'. And at that point in the turn you can react tp that chain as you normaly would to any chain.
