Are foreign language cards legal to play in tournaments?

Ruling: Foreign language cards from different regions (such as Chinese cards) will not be legal to play in tournaments, and you won't be able to mix languages across regions.

Nuances:

• The official Tournament Rules Document (TRD) has not been released yet, so there is no official ruling at this time
• English and Chinese cards with different names are considered the same card for deckbuilding purposes, but this does not mean they can be mixed in tournament play
