Ruling: Quick-Draw allows you to attach Equipment to a unit for free when you play it, ignoring the normal Equip cost. You would use the Equip cost option later if the equipped unit dies (Equipment returns to your base when the equipped unit dies) and you want to equip it to another unit.

Sequence:

• Play Equipment with Quick-Draw for free attachment
• If the equipped unit dies or is removed from play, the Equipment returns to your base
• To re-equip to another unit, you must pay the Equip cost (unless you have Weaponmaster)
• Once equipped, the Equipment loses the Equip ability until the unit is removed

Nuances:

• Equipment cannot be re-equipped to another unit while already equipped, outside of the Weaponmaster keyword
• Quick-Draw gives Equipment the Reaction keyword
• Equipment attaches to the unit, so if the unit changes control between players, Equipment moves with it
• There is no limit to the number of Equipment that can be on a unit
